Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to support customer service and frontline operations. You will identify, weigh and move products, prepare shipping stations, label boxes, and ensure secure packing for shipments.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days, weekend premium pay, and base pay up to $15.00 per hour. Strong communication and retail experience are preferred, with availability to work evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to processing and shipping areas.
• Prepare shipping and processing stations for orders.
• Stack and restack pallets as needed.
• Scan and label boxes for shipping; pack and tape securely.
• Process shipments and coordinate with shipping providers.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
