Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring an Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate in Wisconsin to execute key customer service and operational duties. The role involves identifying, weighing, and moving products for processing and shipping, preparing stations, stacking pallets, labeling boxes, and ensuring secure packaging for shipments.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, retail experience, and availability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping.
• Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with shipping provider.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
