Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate in Illinois. You will identify, weigh, and move products for processing and shipping, prepare stations, stack pallets, and ensure accurate packing for outbound shipments.

The role requires good communication, prior retail experience, ability to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to pass a background check. Benefits are provided to full-time associates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes for shipping.
• Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments with shipping provider.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
