Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet in Loves Park, IL is seeking associates for full-time roles. Eligible benefits begin after 91 days, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k) with company match, and more. Weekend premium of $2.50/hr is offered with base pay up to $15.00/hr.

Responsibilities include handling and shipping processes, labeling, packing, and ensuring safety and loss-prevention compliance. Prior retail experience is preferred; evening shifts and some weekends required.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets
• Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping.
• Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with shipping provider.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
