Job summary
Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to support the customer service mission and essential shipping operations. Responsibilities include weighing/moving products, preparing packing stations, labeling, and ensuring timely processing of orders.
The role offers full-time employment with benefits after 91 days, weekend premium pay, and a base wage up to $15.00/hr plus a $2.50/hr weekend premium. Associates enjoy discounts on major brands and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
- Retail experience preferred and helpful for daily tasks.
- Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
- Prepare shipping and processing station.
- Stack and restack pallets.
- Scan and label boxes for shipping.
- Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
- Process shipments and arrange special product shipping.
- Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
