Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to execute customer-service driven fulfillment and shipping tasks in a retail environment. You will identify items, prepare shipments, label, pack, and coordinate with shipping providers while following Loss Prevention and safety policies.

Full-time roles offer benefits effective after 91 days of employment, weekend premiums, and an associate discount on major brands. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes for shipping.
• Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with provider.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
