Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking an Ecommerce Distribution Center Associate to support efficient eCommerce fulfillments and in-store orders. You will verify orders, allocate or reallocate, pick, pack, and ship, using Hybris and SAP systems to view orders and process shipments in FedEx/DHL portals.

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, you will collaborate with the eCommerce team, Special Orders Administrator, and retail store personnel to coordinate fulfillments from stores,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience in retail or wholesale business.
• Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce fulfillment experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship eCommerce orders and store orders.
• Gift wrap, if requested by customer.
• Coordinate efforts with Special Orders Administrator for items that need to be ordered for eCommerce customers.
• Track use of consumable to avoid shortages.
• Participate in physical inventory checks.
• Track, update, and post key performance indicators.
• Assist with other assignments and/or special projects as requested.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
