DC INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Entry-level Fulfillment Specialist to support daily order fulfillment, operate at packing stations, and troubleshoot equipment issues during the shift.

You will manage inventory, pick and pack orders using handheld scanners, and ensure accurate shipping labels using the Scan to Pack method. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Must be able to multitask and set priorities in a fast-paced warehouse.
Experience troubleshooting issues at packing stations or related equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with a diverse team.
Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English is required.
Flexible to work Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with overtime during peak season.
Experience with order fulfillment, processing, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

Help manage supply inventory and report purchasing needs.
Ensure packing stations are stocked with materials.
Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner.
Pack orders using scan-to-pack; verify UPCs and generate shipping labels.
Perform specialty tasks like cushion wrapping and gift finishing.
Troubleshoot issues at pack stations and conveyor system; report unresolved issues.
Participate in cycle counts as directed by supervisor.
Maintain clean, organized workstation and safe work environment.
Assist with carrier pickup preparation and communicate issues.
