Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus four years combination of education and experience.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Web store and phone orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and e‑mail, responding by the next business day.
• Process merchandise returns per store policy.
• Ensure merchandise is handled and shipped per company standards.
• Coordinate with Web Store manager to schedule part-time labor during peak periods.
• Assist in training and supervising part-time staff during peak periods.
• Develop written procedures as training tools for part-time labor and ongoing policy documentation.
