Job summary

Eataly North America in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist in daily cashier operations and front-end tasks. You will report to the Front End Manager and handle monetary transactions, cash reconciliation, customer inquiries, and online order fulfillment.

The role requires 2+ years in retail, strong math and cash handling skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Weekend availability and on-site work are required, with benefits including PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to handle money accurately and perform math calculations.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle monetary transactions and cashier duties.
• Approve voids, discounts, returns and exchanges.
• Process and settle daily cash and credit transactions.
• Document and communicate discrepancies and sales data to managers.
• Oversee online order fulfillment through platforms like Instacart and Mercato.
• Assist customers with product information and order timelines.
• Ensure accurate cash bank and end-of-shift reconciliation.
