Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, or financial risk.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end ecommerce fraud prevention strategy and roadmap across ATO, payment fraud, first-party abuse, and emerging threats.
• Define fraud risk appetite, governance frameworks, and decisioning standards for consistent, audit-ready controls.
• Oversee policies, rules, and detection logic to prevent fraudulent activity across the customer lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, card network rules, and data privacy standards.
• Balance fraud prevention with customer experience, efficiency, and business impact through risk/cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing fraud team driving scalable controls and policies.
