Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, owner of Express and Bonobos brands, seeks a senior Loss Prevention leader in Columbus to oversee ecommerce fraud prevention and omni-channel strategies. You will guide a home-office team, perform deep-dive investigations, and protect revenue across loyalty, ship-from-store and OMS initiatives.

The role requires a track record in fraud analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset for revenue protection in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in retail investigations or equivalent.
• Experience managing ecommerce fraud programs for large companies.
• Proficiency in forensic data analysis, data modeling or data mining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ecommerce loss prevention and act as corporate SME for OMNI initiatives.
• Lead a team of home office loss prevention analysts and conduct complex investigations.
• Develop data-driven strategies to protect revenue and loyalty program ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address fraud risks and improve processes.
• Provide executive reporting and drive process improvements across the organization.
