US Security & IT is seeking a Senior Manager of Fraud Analytics to lead a team of analysts responsible for detecting emerging threats and protecting ecommerce performance. You will balance fraud prevention with revenue and customer experience to enable smarter risk decisions.

You will hire and coach analysts, set investigative playbooks, and partner with data science, product, and engineering to translate fraud insights into scalable risk strategies across US-based remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management in e-commerce/fraud
• 5 years in e-commerce, payments, or fraud prevention
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate complex risk decisions to varied audiences
• Proven ability to develop operational standards and work cross-functionally

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of people management and 5 years in e-commerce, payments, or fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate complex risk decisions to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to develop operational standards and work cross-functionally.
• Base salary range $100,000–$140,000 depending on location, plus equity and up to 10% bonus.
