Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an e-commerce coordinator to drive online sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The role combines sales acumen with e-commerce expertise to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries across chat, phone, and email, process reports and invoices, and work with the support team on exchanges and scheduling in-home service. Flexibility to work irregular hours is required.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Process reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the customer support team for exchanges and schedule in-home service.
• Detect potentially fraudulent online purchases.
• Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively seek resolutions to customer issues with resourcefulness and creativity.

Requirements

Physical Demands:
