About the Role

Greenville Office Supply (GOS) is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Coordinator to support our Promotional Products and E-Commerce divisions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for digital merchandising. You’ll manage online storefronts, maintain product data, and ensure smooth user experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Promotional Storefront Management

·Maintain and update multiple online storefronts

·Create and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing)

·Add new users and handle password resets

·Remove discontinued items promptly

·Troubleshoot storefront issues for customers and internal teams

·Customize storefronts using basic HTML and inline CSS

·Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create/edit logos and manage digital assets

E-Commerce Platform Support

·Add and update products using Excel-based imports

·Research and enrich product listings with accurate descriptions, titles, and media

·Manage user accounts and resets across platforms

·Ensure product data integrity and perform periodic site audits

·Collaborate with the team on recurring monthly tasks and ad hoc projects

Qualifications
