AutoNation is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Austin, TX. You will engage with customers across online, phone, and in-person channels to guide their vehicle purchases in our no-haggle environment.

Responding to leads promptly, you’ll provide information and help convert inquiries into in-store visits while delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates bring strong communication and customer service skills, with prior sales experience, and comfort using technology to track interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Willingness to follow up with customers to close deals and build loyalty.
• Comfort with using technology and digital tools to respond to inquiries.
