Job summary

QVC Group is seeking an eCommerce Associate for our Electronics team in the West Chester area. This hybrid role requires onsite presence several days per month and collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, Broadcast Production, Content, and Creative teams to shape product and platform strategies.

The ideal candidate has a merchandising/marketing/eCommerce background and 1+ year of eCommerce experience, with proficiency in MS Office and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, and Windows-based systems.
• 1+ year experience in an eCommerce environment or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional briefs for assigned areas.
• Review product content (images, copy, etc.) to meet strategy and provide recaps for future planning.
• Use data-driven insights from Adobe, Content Square, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and customer segments to develop personalized shopping experiences.
• Assist Manager with weekly Category recap and collaborate with CIA team to identify gaps and opportunities for performance improvements across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sr. eCommerce Manager to learn and apply platform and category best practices.
• Use sales and metrics to create digital experiences and identify new selling methods.
• Work with Merchandising and Planning to strategize driving items, brands, categories and eCommerce strategies to meet sales goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and guests to develop category/brand appropriate recommendations for eCommerce strategy (content, campaigns, photos).
