You will partner with Producers, Buyers, Programming, and Marketing to craft compelling assortments and end-to-end content projects. Hybrid onsite work schedule, with relocation not provided. Requires 5+ years in retail strategy and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate retail experience in strategic brand management or planning.
• Ownership and program management experience to influence teams.
• Experience creating growth strategies and reacting to data to build a sustainable ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content projects including data analysis, ROI assessment, strategic planning, merchandise briefs, and process optimization.
• Develop a merchandise-driven content strategy to grow audience engagement and revenue, considering inventory and promotions.
• Manage timelines and releases for all item-specific content to align with broader goals and efficiency.
• Increase content optimization through brainstorming, product selection, procurement, and visual merchandising strategies.
• Develop and test hypotheses for product placement and scalable content-product integration strategies.
• Establish content and product planning to maximize engagement through aligned content and products.
• Assess strategy performance by analyzing KPIs and adjusting tactics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to build dashboards and real-time KPI insights.
