Job summary

QVC, Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Associate to join our hybrid eCommerce team. You will work with Merchandising, Planning, Broadcast Production, and Creative teams to build product and platform strategies that align with digital and category sales plans.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of eCommerce experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tableau; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional briefs for assigned areas.
• Review product content to meet strategy and generate recaps.
• Use data-driven insights from Adobe, Content Square, Tableau, MicroStrategy to personalize shopping.
• Assist Manager with weekly Category recap and CIA collaboration to spot opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sr. eCommerce Manager to apply platform and category best practices.
• Work with Merchandising and Planning to drive products and eCommerce strategies to meet sales goals.
