Job summary

You will partner with other planners and cross-functional teams to guide assortment, pricing, markdowns, reorder decisions, and promotions for your categories. Hybrid role based in West Chester, PA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchandise planning or related retail planning role.
• Ability to turn data into actionable strategies to boost sales and margin.
• Experience analyzing sales, promotions, pricing, markdowns, and returns.
• Strong retail industry knowledge and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-air sales and category productivity for assigned teams.
• Script shows across channels per guidelines.
• Analyze performance and recommend next actions.
• Coordinate with planning teams to align inventory and selling strategies.
• Identify and execute reorders to support sales opportunities and future items.
