Job summary

Booth & Partners is seeking an AR Accountant to oversee revenue accounting, including deductions, rebates, and eCommerce reconciliations. You will ensure accurate GAAP-based revenue recognition and collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and AR teams.

You will manage month-end close activities, analyze variances, and explore automation opportunities to streamline data flow from sales platforms to the ERP system. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Revenue Accounting experience, including month-end close
• At least 1 year of eCommerce experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
• Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage deductions and record contra revenue transactions
• Reconcile daily and monthly sales, refunds, discounts, and chargebacks for e‑commerce
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and AR to validate deduction claims
• Coordinate with third‑party marketplaces and payment processors
• Identify opportunities to automate data flow from sales platforms to ERP
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with US GAAP during month‑end close
