Qualifications

• Strong background in statistics, data interpretation, or web/mobile analytics.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
• Experience creating dashboards and monthly reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain eCommerce tracking tools to ensure clickstream data accuracy.
• Tags, tracks and analyzes eCommerce data, website/app traffic, and behavior to improve online performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Track KPIs like AOV, CLV, and revenue using GA4, SAS, and other analytics tools.
• Implement A/B testing and interpret data to improve website/app functionality and checkout flows.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable eCommerce insights for UX and marketing teams.
