Job summary

Hermès is seeking an eCommerce After Sales Intern to support the Hermes.com team with operational and customer service tasks. You will handle back-office operations for post-purchase activities and gain hands-on experience across reporting, communications, and project work.

Interns are paid at $20 per hour for a five-month program based in New York City, with a 37.5-hour full-time schedule or a part-time option to fit academic commitments.

Qualifications

• Prior operations and/or customer service experience is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone manner.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with web-to-shop paperwork and return/exchange tracking.
• Extract KPIs and prepare reporting for managers and specialists.
• Support communications across platforms to share important information.
• Prepare FedEx claim documents to correct inventory.
• Follow up on tickets for outstanding returns and after-sales issues.
• Assist Hermes.com customer service needs.
• Develop and deliver personal project ideas aligned with professional development.
