ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced eCommerce Account Manager, Omnichannel & Marketplace, to drive profitable growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, and more.

You will own revenue growth, pricing, promotions, forecasting, and inventory across major accounts, with a primary focus on bedding/consumer goods. The role requires hands-on marketplace expertise, strong retailer relationships, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eCommerce, marketplace, omnichannel account management or digital retail sales experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Experience directly managing marketplace or eCommerce accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Overstock/Bed Bath & Beyond.
• Demonstrated responsibility for sales growth, revenue performance, and account profitability.
• Experience managing marketplace performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, buy box, inventory, pricing, and advertising.
• Strong analytical, retailer relationships, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned marketplace and omnichannel accounts to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Develop growth strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, advertising, inventory, and digital merchandising.
• Build relationships with retail buyers, merchants, category managers, and marketplace partners.
• Monitor marketplace KPIs and drive improvements in traffic, conversion, and buy box.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing on advertising strategies and marketplace programs.
• Prepare account plans, forecasts, and business reviews with partners.
