Job summary

Phase V Fulfillment is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager who bridges client relationships and warehouse operations. You will split time between the office and the warehouse floor, managing accounts end-to-end—from OMS configurations to ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.

You’ll be the face of Phase V to clients and the voice of clients inside Phase V. You will onboard new clients, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with operations leadership to meet brand requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in account management or operations within a B2B role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Comfort working in both office and warehouse settings.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills with multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, BigCommerce) preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS/CRMs and inventory management processes.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of ecommerce brand accounts.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance updates.
• Onboard new clients by coordinating inventory intake and configuring preferences.
• Identify client needs and add value to the partnership.
• Manage accounts within the OMS and monitor order flow to fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot order issues and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with tech team to resolve integrations and improvements.
• Provide regular fulfillment performance reporting and KPIs.
