Phase V Fulfillment is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager who bridges client relationships with warehouse operations. You’ll split time between the office and the warehouse floor, managing a portfolio of ecommerce brand accounts from OMS configuration to ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped to standard.

You’ll be the face of Phase V to clients and the voice of clients inside the company, driving onboarding, SOP setup, performance reviews, and ongoing value through strong

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of account management experience in a B2B setting or operations role in supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications or related field preferred.
• Comfort working in both office and warehouse environments with hands-on floor time.
• Strong problem solving, organization and multi-account management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of ecommerce brand accounts as the primary Phase V contact.
• Onboard new clients, configure inventory and account preferences, and set brand SOPs.
• Monitor orders from OMS, troubleshoot issues, and maintain KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with tech and warehouse teams to resolve integrations and improve processes.
• Provide regular fulfillment performance reports and communicate with clients transparently.
