Job summary

Rutheo Designs LLC is seeking a Maintenance Sales & Account Manager to drive the full lifecycle of maintenance clients—from initial consultation and sales to ongoing account management and relationship building. This role blends office coordination with on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

This position is hybrid, with regular job-site visits and coordination with the maintenance team to ensure high-quality work and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales, account management, or service-based sales.
• 5+ years experience in Landscaping or horticulture experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming maintenance service leads.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients.
• Prepare and send estimates and proposals.
• Follow up with leads to close sales.
• Track sales activity and maintain organized records.
• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance clients.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Address client questions or service requests.
• Document property details and client preferences.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
• Review maintenance accounts twice per year for profitability.
• Coordinate with management on staffing and scheduling.
