Job summary

The Junkluggers is seeking a Remote Junk Removal Specialist in the United States. You will be the face of the company to customers, delivering on our promises with safety, efficiency, and a positive attitude.

If you enjoy meeting new people and providing great service, join our team and help us save the world “One Lug at a Time”! Responsibilities include completing jobs to company standards, loading and transporting items, training new hires, attending mandatory events, and supporting dispatch

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a customer-facing role.
• Ability to learn and use technology in the field.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Obtain and maintain a valid PA C-class driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Full-time availability, including some Saturdays.
• Own mobile phone; company will provide tablets for on-the-job duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission statement
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
• Assist in training new hires in subordinate roles
• Attend all mandatory training, meetings & events
• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues
• Maintain and reinforce a safety culture at The Junkluggers
• Embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement ideas
• Provide operational support when needed, such as dispatching
• Serve as the point person in the field for both management and your fellow Luggers
• Support recruiting of new team members and promote company values
