Job summary

The Junkluggers is hiring a Junk Removal Specialist to be the friendly face of our service, delivering an exceptional customer experience while handling disposal, recycling, and donation tasks. You will work closely with customers to meet their needs, maintain safety, and uphold our environmental commitments.

As part of a fast-growing, community-minded team, you will train on Navigator and Driver duties, participate in daily vehicle inspections, and support operational efficiency in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring excellent communication.
• Ability to quickly learn Navigator and Driver roles.
• Strong safety focus and compliance with laws.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission statement
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
• Assist in training new hires in subordinate roles
• Attend all mandatory training, meeting & events
• Daily truck safety inspections
• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues
• Maintain and reinforce a safety culture at The Junkluggers
• Embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement ideas
• Provide operational support when needed, such as dispatching
• Engage with customers to facilitate purchase and drive value
• Serve as the point person in the field for both management and your fellow Luggers
• Participate in key grass roots marketing efforts
