Job summary

GREENSPACE seeks a Trade Show Project Manager to lead custom exhibit projects from concept through post-show completion. You will collaborate with clients, account executives, designers, production teams, and installation crews to ensure exhibits are delivered on time and on budget.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams, with occasional travel and weekend work during event setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of trade show project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, including out-of-state travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from contract award through post-show wrap-up, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and expectations.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the lifecycle and lead post-show reviews for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate production, graphics, freight, labor, and installation schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress and resolve potential issues; collaborate with design, fabrication, warehouse, and field teams.
