The Buyer will track ECOs, maintain action-item lists with ownership and status, collaborate with engineers to remove roadblocks, and use Siemens Teamcenter to monitor workflow. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience tracking complex tasks and driving follow-through across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ECO processes, Teamcenter, or PDM tools preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and facilitate the completion of technical action items related to ECOs.
• Maintain an organized list of action items, including ownership, status, constraints, and required support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather updates, identify roadblocks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize Siemens Teamcenter to identify ECO owners, monitor task routing, and support workflow completion.
• Provide daily status reports, communicate constraints to stakeholders, and assist in resolution efforts.
