Job summary

Veregy, a decarbonization-focused engineering and construction company, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Costa Mesa, CA. The role supports Project Managers and coordinates between field staff and accounting, handling data entry, billing, and subcontract administration.

Responsibilities include transitioning projects, managing Viewpoint data, processing bonds and notices, and assisting with submittals and change orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of project assistance, project coordination, administrative assistant or closely related experience in commercial construction, HVAC, or related field required.
• Knowledge of Viewpoint (Vista) and MS Office preferred; ability to learn company software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Transitions preconstruction projects to implementation projects.
• Enters all project data into Viewpoint (by Vista) including budgets, contract amounts, and schedule of values.
• Requests performance and payment bonds, certificates of insurance, and renewals; tracks related notices.
