Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee on-site operations in Louisville, KY. You will lead project scopes, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to drive projects from RFP/RFQ through close-out, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of Project Management within the construction field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project operations from planning to close-out.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with Owner/Architect/Engineer and Subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings (OAC, progress, pre-installation).
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans.
