Job summary

Veregy is an award-winning decarbonization company delivering turnkey engineering and construction services to reduce energy costs for clients in the United States. The Construction Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and acts as a liaison between field teams and accounting.

The role includes transition of preconstruction to implementation, data entry in Viewpoint, and assisting with submittals, billing, and change orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of project assistance/coordination in commercial construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Transition preconstruction projects to implementation.
• Enter project data into Viewpoint (budgets, schedule of values).
• Assist in developing schedule of values and billing formats.
• Prepare monthly billings and lien waivers; project billings.
• Update billing information and bond logs monthly.
• Assist with submittals, logs, and equipment tracking.
• Prepare subcontract and purchase agreements for execution.
• Prepare change orders and update tracking logs.
• Respond to subcontractor/vendor notices.
• Ensure compliance with federal and CA wage regulations.
