Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or 3 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Mgmt. Process.
• Experience in cost analysis on change orders relative to BoM changes.
• Good understanding of BoM structure including Config BOM.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Drive ECN implementation through scheduled tasks and milestones.
• Analyze inventory, demand, POs, and material availability to support ECN.
• Dispostion of inventory to reduce excess and obsolescence.
• Manage ECN effectivity dates per requirements and material readiness.
• Ensure correct demand for ECNs via OBOM changes.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Coordinate with CIM Program Manager, Supply Chain, and Remote Factory teams.
• Monitor progress, escalate overdue tasks, and maintain KPIs.
• Document assessments, decisions, risks, and mitigation plans for traceability.
