Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an ECMO Specialist to operate ECMO equipment and provide specialized critical care across neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. The role requires RN or RCP licensure with ACLS/PALS/NRP; 3+ years acute ICU experience is preferred.

Expect rotating weeknights, weekends, and on-call duties with a sign-on bonus eligibility. The position supports Levine Children's Hospital and Atrium Health’s ECMO program, emphasizing safe, high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• RN or RCP license active and in good standing.
• At least 3 years of acute care experience in neonatal, pediatric, or adult ICU.
• ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications required; maintain current certifications.

Responsabilités

• Operate ECMO equipment and therapy per physician orders.
• Monitor pump function, circuit volume, anticoagulation, meds, and labs.
• Manage cannulation, decannulation and in-house transport on ECMO.
