Job summary

INTEGRIS Baptist Transplant in Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time RN Coordinator ECMO. The role leads ECMO operations, supports staff, and ensures safe ECMO care with coordination across Perfusion and Respiratory Care Services.

Qualified candidates have an RN license in Oklahoma (or compact), 2 years ICU/ED experience, and ECMO exposure; leadership and teamwork are essential in this multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in OK or compact license
• 2 years ICU or ED experience
• 1 year ECMO experience preferred
• Clinical leadership and interpersonal skills for interacting with medical staff and tech specialists

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource and consultant to staff and increase ECMO knowledge
• Assist in direct patient care by implementing, operating and managing ECMO system
• Set up support systems according to case and age
• Troubleshoot ECMO equipment
• Order and maintain equipment par levels
• Ensure pump team supplies and equipment are ready
• Educate/mentor staff on ECMO protocols and coordinate with other departments
