Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in nursing or a related field.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• Experience in ECMO program development and operations.
• Minimum of three years ECMO management experience.
• Ability to work in a complex clinical/administrative system.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• 50% Care Coordination: serve as a primary clinical expert and develop care pathways.
• 20% Outreach Management: liaise with referring hospitals, providers and EMS.
• 20% Deployment of Program Imperatives: ensure regulatory and Joint Commission alignment.
• 5% Advancement: participate in knowledge exchange and trend analysis.
• 5% Clinical Care: participate in clinical activities as needed.
