Baylor University Medical Center is recruiting experienced ECMO ICU Registered Nurses to prime and initiate ECMO therapy, perform circuit exchanges, and manage emergent interventions. The ECMO Specialist will participate in transport and work within the Rapid ECMO Deployment Team at a Platinum Center of Excellence.

Eligible full-time candidates with 2 years RN experience may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program
• RN license
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification
• CCRN certification through AACN

Responsabilidades

• Prime and initiate ECMO therapy
• Perform circuit exchanges and emergent interventions
• Proficient in operation of ECMO pumps/components
• Intra- and inter-hospital transport of ECLS patients with rapid deployment team
