Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX, invites experienced Registered Nurses to join the ECMO ICU team. We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates with 2 years RN experience and a path to the ELSO Platinum Center of Excellence.

ECMO Specialists prime and initiate therapy, perform circuit exchanges, and support inter-hospital transport. All candidates should have RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, CCRN preferred, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced ICU.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of experience preferred in critical care settings.
• Experience in ECMO care delivery and patient monitoring is required.
• ACLS/BLS certification is required or must be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prime and initiate ECMO therapy and independently perform circuit exchanges.
• Perform intra- and inter-hospital transport of ECLS patients.
• Collaborate with ICU physicians, ACNPs, and ECMO transport teams to ensure patient safety.
