Job summary

Dallas Center United Methodist in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced ECMO specialist to support development of ECMO care plans and patient education within the ICU. You will work closely with the ECMO team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and completion of an ECMO training program or equivalent education in Extracorporeal Circulation. Licensure options include Texas RN, RRT, or CCP, plus BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Completion of a designated ECMO training program, and/or formal education in Extra Corporeal Circulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop ECMO patient care plan including assessment, planning, implementation and education.
• Communicate with ECMO physician and healthcare team to interpret, adjust and complete treatment.
