Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking an ECMO Specialist to contribute to development of ECMO treatment plans, assessment, planning, implementation, and education, coordinating with the ECMO physician and care team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, ECMO training, Texas RN, RRT or CCP license, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years in critical care; the successful candidate will support patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ECMO training or formal education in Extra Corporeal Circulation.
• RN Texas license, or RRT, or CCP licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement ECMO patient care plans.
• Collaborate with ECMO physician and healthcare team.
• Educate staff and patients/families on ECMO care.
