Job summary

LSMA Management, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Care Manager to deliver member-centered care management under California’s ECM program. This role blends behavioral health expertise with care coordination across clinics, home, and community settings to improve access and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in a related field and is experienced in care coordination, assessment, and motivational interviewing. Travel between company locations is required for service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or License Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Three (3) years of experience in behavioral health services within a healthcare clinic, psychiatric hospital medical facility, or community-based setting.
• Maintains a valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance when using a personal vehicle for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, member-centered care management within California’s ECM program.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to address social determinants of health and improve outcomes.
• Engage, assess, plan, and coordinate care with healthcare and social service providers.
• Work in field-based settings with regular travel between Company locations and other sites.
