Formación

• Education: High School Graduate and be registered from the National Board of Cardiovascular Technology or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.
• Licensure: Not applicable.
• Certification: Completed registry exams from NBCT or ARDMS or CCI as an RCS.
• CPR Certification required within 90 days from date in position.
• Experience: Six to 12 months clinical experience and demonstrate appropriate competencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for interaction with staff, families, and physicians.

Responsabilidades

• Performs echocardiography procedures on adults including echocardiograms, 2D studies, stress echoes, contrast studies, flow studies, and TEEs.
• Prepares studies and uploads them to the PACS system for physicians to read.
