Qualifications

• RDCS or RCS certification required; new graduates must obtain within 2 years.
• CPR certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms including M-mode, 2-D, Doppler, Color flow, and Stress Echo on adults and children.
• Prepare data for physician interpretation.
• Maintain daily logbook and ensure Echo reports are available before physician read.
• Maintain stock and keep department areas neat and orderly.
• Interact with physicians to report interpreted findings and assist in emergency situations as directed.
