Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a skilled echocardiography professional to perform echocardiograms within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary care environment in the Dallas metro area.

The role requires ARDMS credentials or equivalent pediatric echo competency, a high school diploma or GED, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Work hours are 0700–1700, with M-F days and rotating weekends, at a major healthcare facility serving Dallas and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or an accredited echo training program preferred.
• ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required.
• A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating that the applicant is skilled and competent in independently performing all scopes of pediatric echocardiography may be substituted for the ARDMS.
• Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.

Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging position, you‘ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients by performing echocardiograms.
