Job summary

Methodist Southlake Medical Center in Southlake, TX, seeks an echocardiography technologist to perform adult and pediatric echocardiograms in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

You will require ARDMS certification (AE and/or PR) and an associate degree in echocardiography; BLS is required and ACLS preferred. PRN shifts with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or an accredited echo training program preferred.
• ARDMS in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required.
• A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating competence in pediatric echocardiography may substitute for ARDMS.
• Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.
