Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center in Midlothian, Texas, is seeking a skilled echocardiography technologist to join our team on a PRN basis. You’ll perform echocardiograms, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help ensure the highest quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ARDMS in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo, BLS, and completion of an approved echo program. Pediatric cardiology input may substitute ARDMS where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or accredited echo training program preferred.
• ARDMS (adult echo AE and/or pediatric echo) required.
• A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating that the applicant is skilled and competent in independently performing all scopes of pediatric echocardiography may be substituted for the ARDMS.
• Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.

Your Job Requirements
