Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo/Vascular Technician to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams under physician direction. The role supports the clinical team, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes with focus on competency and documentation.

Position details include full-time with 10-hour days and rotating Saturdays at Saint Joseph Hospital, Denver, CO. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for level II or III vascular technicians where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold Echo Technologist I or II or III credentials (ARDMS/CCI) as applicable to department.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; education verified.

Responsabilités

• Perform ultrasound exams consistent with department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams; coordinate with staff, physicians, and patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort; document results and information.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment use and technique.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; follow repair and supply channels.
• Participate in educational opportunities to develop skills.
