Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo/Vascular Technician to support our clinical team at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and coordinate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers a full-time schedule (4/10s) with a focus on safety, patient comfort, and timely results. A sign-on incentive of $10,000 is available for qualified level II/III vascular technologists.

Formación

• Echo Technologist IARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; degree verification may be required.
• 1+ year of experience in echocardiography or vascular sonography.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ultrasound exams consistent with department protocols and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate exams with medical staff, physicians, and patients.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and safety.
• Document exam results and charge codes; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment use and technique.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the team.
